How is the estimate calculated?
Start with the $5 base, add the complexity, placement, and technique amounts, then apply the turnaround multiplier. Multiple machine formats are included at no extra charge. The calculator shows a preliminary estimate; the owner confirms the final complexity and quote after artwork review.
How do you decide the design complexity?
The owner reviews the artwork and intended size, including detail, small lettering, density, and how the design needs to sew. The selected level is only a starting point until that review is complete.
Which designs can use rush turnaround?
Standard 48-hour turnaround is available for every design. Next day is available for Simple, Moderate, and Complex designs. Same day is available for Simple and Moderate designs. Super complex and Photo / illustration designs are standard only.
What if the design has trouble sewing out?
Send a photo of the sew-out within 14 days of final delivery. We include up to 5 free edits per design to address stitch problems. New size, text, or color changes after approval are design changes and cost $10–$15.
